Somewhere in The Quince is the city’s largest and most professionally run auto-theft ring and chop shop. Known as The Wheels, it’s place where stolen cars are stripped down for parts which are then sold to shady garages and even auto dealerships. It’s said that nearly every car stolen in the city either passes through here, or was boosted by somebody who knows somebody in league with this outfit.
