Overview: Crime is quite bad here, but unlike the doomed Lennox sub-district, things are actually getting better in Zericho, thanks to its proximity to the old Dream Garden areas, which are themselves making a nice recovery. And, thanks to some aggressive private fund raising, a few companies have actually invested in old industrial facilities for new businesses, giving the local economy a shot in the arm. Several genetic research institutions have shown an especially strong interest in this location and have established shop here.
