Within the park is an animated Statue of the City’s First Mayor, Eustace Huckabone, equipped with a fully articulated mouth and advanced Integrated Thinking Systems AI programming, so it can have light conversations with passers-by. The statue also knows rudimentary hand to hand combat and has the equivalent robot P.S. of 30, so it can easily grab on to and hold any vandals until the police arrive.
