Cover Charge is a rough and tumble bar and grill run by a pair of feisty young women with incredible strength named Sheri and Tifa. The last time anything nasty happened here, a band of colorpunks raided the place, only to be thrown out of the joint at terminal velocity. Since then, the place has earned “hands off” status among crooks and thugs who know better. It is a common hangout for street savvy folks with information to sell, or special contacts to arrange.
