Frozen Tundra

Frozen Tundra

Granny on Ice

Hi boys and girls- my name is Ethel, or if your parents taught you well, Mrs. Falkenberg. I promise that everything I am about to tell you is true- or, in my advanced age, I just misremembered.

We met at dear Garrick’s place at 6 am on a Saturday- a rarity for some of us. Katherine was already there of course, as she now lives with him. I greeted her first inside the warehouse, and gave her the finished costume, altered to her size. I then greeted those that were already there, and did not have to wait long for the rest of the group to show up.

When we were all gathered together Katherine and I told everyone about our plan to bring some goodness to our newly named group, SAVIOR. That stands for Swift Altruistic Valiant Industrious Observant Resolute, which we probably should start living up to. Anyways, we were trying to tell people about our plan to save the poor souls in Battleground when my dang Brother had to interrupt, of course.

He started babbling about the Liberty Bell and saving Cavalry. I am glad that he is starting to care about teammates! However, I wonder why he suddenly cares, as he says that to get Cavalry cleared from wrongdoing we need to go to Antarctica! However, the lack of logic is overpowered by the rest of the group’s desire to help a team member- and Garrick is drowned out when he brings up the legal fight to free him. So we are given a few moments to get our gear, which miraculously appears here, and go by portal to Jake’s home.

This is where it got scary for me. Jake decides that we need to take the Spaceship! This is the same ship that I accidentally killed an alternate version of Jake by shutting the door on him. I am not proud to say I was a bit panicked, but eventually the group convinced me to go.

We arrived, with no mishaps surprisingly, despite the fact that there were 7 of us shoved in a craft that was meant for 4. We all got out on a frozen field of nothing, and most of the group started walking purposefully in one direction. I followed my brother, who went another direction. I was able to see everyone in the group still, but it was difficult to see Miss Amazing, as her new costume blended well with the frozen tundra.

Long story short, we eventually all found that there was some sort of cloaked area covering up a frozen castle, and when we crossed the area we were attacked! The battle is not complete, but we are gaining the upper hand!
