Chemville is a large designer drug factory encompassing an entire “slice” of the doughnut shaped skyscraper, from bottom floor to the roof. The factory is a million dollar a day operation run by the Helixheads, a large (over 70 members) color gang distinguished by their fascination with all things chemical.
